Last Updated: July 30, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules that apply when you access gorseoak.com, purchase or use our digital products, submit project materials, access software or API-related services, or otherwise interact with services provided by TEAMJOY ALL TRUE LLC.

1. Scope and Acceptance

This policy applies to all visitors, customers, account holders, project participants, authorised users, and other persons who use our website, digital products, plugins, templates, data services, software tools, website services, automation services, API integrations, or technical support.

By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific licence or service agreement.

If you do not agree with these requirements, you must not access or use the applicable product or service.

2. Lawful and Authorised Use

You may use our website, digital products, and services only for lawful business, professional, educational, or personal purposes and only within the permissions granted by TEAMJOY ALL TRUE LLC.

You must not use our products or services to violate applicable laws, regulations, court orders, contractual obligations, or the legal rights of another person.

You are responsible for ensuring that your intended project, website, data, content, software, and business activity are lawful in every location in which they are operated or made available.

3. Prohibited Security and System Activity

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers, customer accounts, databases, software, APIs, administrative areas, payment systems, or connected third-party services.

Prohibited activity includes bypassing authentication, testing vulnerabilities without written permission, intercepting communications, extracting credentials, modifying security controls, or accessing information beyond the permissions assigned to you.

You must not introduce viruses, ransomware, spyware, malicious scripts, corrupted files, harmful code, automated attack tools, or other material intended to damage, interrupt, monitor, or gain unauthorised control of a system.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not submit, upload, request, distribute, publish, or use our services to create content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, deliberately deceptive, or invasive of another person's privacy.

Our services must not be used to promote scams, impersonation, phishing, unauthorised financial activity, counterfeit products, unlawful services, or misleading claims about a business, product, person, or organisation.

We may refuse projects or remove materials where we reasonably believe that the requested activity presents legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.

5. Intellectual Property and Licence Restrictions

You must have the necessary ownership, licence, consent, or other lawful authority for all text, images, software, code, databases, branding, product information, documents, and other materials submitted to us.

You must not use our products or services to copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, resell, or publish material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, software licences, or other intellectual property rights.

Unless a product licence expressly allows it, you must not resell, sublicense, share, publicly distribute, reverse engineer, remove licence controls from, or provide unauthorised access to our digital products, plugins, templates, software, or documentation.

6. Data, Files, and Customer Responsibilities

When submitting data for cleanup, conversion, import, integration, migration, reporting, or automation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide and process that information.

You must not knowingly provide stolen data, unlawfully collected personal information, confidential information obtained without permission, or files containing malicious or misleading content.

Customers are responsible for reviewing source files, maintaining appropriate backups, checking completed files before import, and protecting passwords, API credentials, access keys, and account information.

7. API, Automation, and Software Use

APIs, integrations, plugins, automation tools, and software must be used only for their documented purpose and within any applicable usage, account, licence, request, or technical limits.

You must not use automated systems to overload our services, avoid usage limits, create excessive requests, scrape restricted information, interfere with other users, or obtain access to functionality that has not been purchased or authorised.

API keys, software licences, login credentials, and access tokens must be kept secure and must not be published, sold, transferred, or shared with unauthorised persons. You must notify us promptly if credentials may have been compromised.

8. Communications, Spam, and Misrepresentation

You must not use our forms, email systems, plugins, automation services, or integrations to send unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive marketing, phishing communications, repeated unwanted requests, or communications that conceal or falsify the sender's identity.

Information provided during checkout, account registration, project enquiries, support requests, or payment processing must be accurate and must not impersonate another person or organisation.

You must not submit false complaints, fraudulent payment claims, misleading chargeback information, fabricated project details, or information intended to interfere with our business operations.

9. Monitoring, Suspension, and Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse, request additional information, restrict access, suspend an account, disable a licence or API key, reject a project, remove submitted material, or terminate a service where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated.

Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without prior notice. Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant records, cooperate with payment providers or competent authorities, and take reasonable steps to protect our systems, customers, and legal rights.

Suspension or termination resulting from prohibited conduct does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any refund request will be considered under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

10. Reporting Misuse and Contacting Us

If you become aware of suspected misuse, unauthorised access, an exposed credential, infringing material, harmful activity, or another violation involving gorseoak.com, please contact us promptly.

Reports should include the relevant page, account, order, product, communication, or project information together with enough detail for us to review the matter.
